Welcome to Fearless Cards & Collectibles. By accessing or purchasing from our website or any of our physical locations, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Fearless Cards & Collectibles operates fearlesscardsandcollectibles.com and three retail locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts. These terms apply to all purchases made online and in store.

2. All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any trading cards, sealed wax, graded cards, or collectibles. All items are carefully inspected and described accurately before listing. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our store email.

3. Product Authenticity We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. All graded cards are encased in official PSA, BGS, or SGC slabs. Raw cards are inspected for authenticity before purchase. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit or altered cards.

4. Pricing Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

5. Shipping We ship orders within 1-3 business days. All cards are packed securely using industry standard methods. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

6. In-Store Pickup Certain high-value items are available for in-store pickup only. These items are clearly marked on the product page. Pickup is available at any of our three Fearless locations during normal business hours.

7. PSA Grading Services By submitting cards through our PSA grading service you agree to our grading terms including pricing, turnaround estimates, and our submission policies. Turnaround times are estimates provided by PSA and are not guaranteed. Fearless Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by PSA.

8. Sell Your Collection Offers made on customer collections are at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any submission. Payment is made at time of purchase in store.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website including logos, images, and text is the property of Fearless Cards & Collectibles and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability Fearless Cards & Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
